Hi, I’m Holly Hayes.
I have a passion for helping smaller communities to transform the investment they made in planning into realized results.
I bring extensive experience working as a small-town municipal CAO, senior leader inside non-profit and public environments, and with Indigenous communities helping to implement strategic projects that make a material difference in the realization of results.
I care deeply about the responsible and effective use of public funds. When tax dollars are used to create plans with a clear and compelling vision, the implication is that we strive steadily towards reaching it.
My mission is to help organizations who have made critical investments in planning to live the change they desire.
